Herby, creamy Boursin replaces blue cheese in this version of a classic wedge salad. Serve this with Creamy Ranch Dressing

Boursin Wedge Salad

Ingredients

3 heads of little gem lettuce
½ lb bacon, prepared and crumbled
1 large heirloom tomato, diced
½ English cucumber, diced
¼ red onion, cut into thin slices
1 box Boursin cheese

Instructions

Wash lettuce and cut heads lengthwise into quarters. Place in serving dish.
Top with remaining ingredients, crumbling the boursin on top.
