Layered Greek Dip
This delicious dip is a party favorite. – so simple to make and filled with fresh Mediterranean flavors. Serve with pita chips – it’s light and flavorful and always a hit! I like to use the sweet snacking tomatoes or mini San Marzanos from Trader Joes. For cucumbers, an English cucumber or mini snacking ones work the best since they are less watery than a traditional cucumber.

Ingredients
- 1 package whipped cream cheese
- 2.5 tsp santa maria seasoning (or a mix of salt, pepper and garlic powder)
- 1 package hummus
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes diced
- 3 small snacking cucumbers diced
- ½ cup kalamata olives chopped
- ½ cup red onion diced
- pita chips for serving
Instructions
- In an approximately 8" x 8" serving dish with sides (a pretty baking dish works well), add cream cheese and santa maria. Mix well and spread into a thin layer.
- Spread the hummus in a thin layer on top of the cream cheese.
- Top with layers of remaining diced vegetables and serve with pita chips.
