ripe peaches, sliced

cherries, pitted and halved

heirloom tomato, sliced

each of sliced proscuitto and salami
coarse sea salt
freshly ground black pepper
olive oil
crostini or crackers for serving
Instructions
Arrange each ingredient in a row on a large serving platter. Sprinkle salt and pepper and drizzle olive oil over burrata and tomatoes. Serve with crostini or crackers.
