Burrata Board

Ingredients
  

  • 6 balls burrata
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup cherries, pitted and halved
  • 1 large heirloom tomato, sliced
  • ½ lb each of sliced proscuitto and salami
  • coarse sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • olive oil
  • crostini or crackers for serving

Instructions
 

  • Arrange each ingredient in a row on a large serving platter. Sprinkle salt and pepper and drizzle olive oil over burrata and tomatoes. Serve with crostini or crackers.
